Tsutsugaki Furoshiki - "Three Friends of Winter"


Traditional wrapping cloth decorated with tsutsugaki.

The central crest depicts ivy and karabana flowers, and is surrounded on all sides with pine, plum, and bamboo.

This piece’s panels are hand stitched together and the corners have been reinforced with sashiko.

Kanji is stitched into one of the corners, presumably the owner's name.
